Actually i do like the look of this camaro…tho the grill really does bother me…i think they should set it back a bit more and give it a black mesh grill instead of the easy bake oven rack of a grill. but i really am impressed with the new corvette i think gm did a great job with that…and yes the charger does look like a sedan version of the magnum, which im not to fond of.

This baby is gonna rock! However, the front grill assembly is a bit strange and would take a little getting used to. How about chopping the grill and making it more retro? But I have to admit, this is much better than the current GTO, and Charger wannabeez!

ok this is a really good concept i like it alot, yes the grill does bother me but thats about it. its a NEW car people arent seeming to get that. its not completely retro its just based off the 69 camaro style. its not supposed to be a remake of any other type of camaro its a completely NEW generation! its much better than the dodge charger (yes it does look like a magnum and a 300c because underneath it theyr all the SAME CAR!) the camaro wil be a badass nonetheless and will dominate the american muscle car market.

To GM, You can do better than this. Do a google search and see some of the design stuff thats coming off the web. There are alot of people wanting a new camaro but I would say they want it to look more Retro … I don’t like that front. I’d like to see a more 69 RS type front.

I’ve been a Ford fan for a while now, two Mustang Cobras & one F-150. I have always liked the muscle cars of the late 60’s and early 70’s. I don’t think Ford, GM or Dodge ever really improved on the originals. It’s good to see the art of auto making come back to the American muscle car, you don’t see Ferrari designing any bubble cars! It’s all sexy lines and curves! As for me, come the first part of 2009 GM will be getting some of my money for the new Camaro.

I think the Camaro looks great. I wish GM would have used all the time they wasted engineering the SSR and put it into the Camaro then it would have been released earlier. Then Ford and Chrysler would be followers not leaders.

I too think the new Camero looke great. They do need to do something about the grill. I will more than likely wait a year before getting one unless they do deside to release a Firebird off the Camero platform. I am in hopes they will. If not Camero it is.

The new camaro is def gonna be sick as hell and as for the grill, dont sweat it im sure theyll make a few aftermarkets to change it cause im sure not everyone at GM is totally impressed with it either but if it does come out with the LS2 or something better then mustang can kiss my *** the new vette already destroyed the mustang shelby gt500 with the LS2 so for all you mustang lovers, all it is is a middle car, everyone just thinks its a muscle car

I think that chevy is back on track with the new camaro. But I do have to agree about the front grill. It needs to change. Its like an under bite or a big nose.Other than that , its AWSOME!

this is a awesome specimen of a machine from a cosmetic stand point the interior and exterior is superb i love the menacing eyes ,the power bulge,and the oversized tires and rims i alwaus thought that camaros would be cool with eagle f1’s.the mustangs new design mimics this in many of ways.i love this car but i hope that the ls2 isnt tuned the same as the GTO because if it is we are looking at one slow vehicle,but i have a good idea that GM has a trick up there sleev in reguards to tuning.the sound of the exhaust is out of this world.i believe this vehicle has a 3inch inlet and a 3inch outlet for the mufflers.with true dual exhaust.the shifter is chromed also.i think this car is headed in all of the right directions with performance.i also heard that the mustangs prized gt5010 doesnt stand a chance to the camaro’s upcomming fury!!!

With the z28/ss version having an LS3 with about 450 Horses and the top v8 model having a supercharged LS3 with about 550 horses, all those mustang lovers can blow me, this car is going to be amazing. I owned a 79 Camaro and loved it. I looked forward to getting an 01 SS, until I saw this. Like many other people the grill is odd and definately should go back to 60’s RS. Other than that this car is a beautiful work of art. GM I can’t wait to sit behind the wheel.
As for Phat Matt up there…Have you ever heard of ZR1? Z06? GS? I didn’t think so. Now going from the fact that a Firebird and Camaro are the exact same cars, there is not a stock Firebird, or Trans-AM in the world that will run with one. Maybe…and I highly stress the word MAYBE a WS6 could run with a GS. I have worked around and on cars my entire life. And I know this from experience, if you pour $10,000 into a WRX, and give me $10,000 to pour into a Corvette, the WRX will not have doors left to shut at the end of the track.
